Who provides koe

koe is operated by Yuya Kevin Ito, a sole proprietor in Washington state, United States. The intended support address is support@saykoe.com; this mailbox is being configured and is not yet available.

What koe does

koe transcribes recordings from your Mac through its account service and the audio processor identified in your account. You need an internet connection and a supported Mac. Transcription can be inaccurate: review text before sending it or relying on it, especially for consequential uses. Do not submit audio you are not authorized to process.

Trial and paid plan

The first ten minutes are a one-time, card-free trial per verified account. They have no expiry and never turn into a subscription automatically. The initial paid plan will be US$5 per month for 300 minutes, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. A recording is limited to two minutes. Paid time resets each billing period and does not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges.

Payment starts only after you explicitly subscribe in the verified checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Sign-out, uninstalling, or withdrawing processing consent does not cancel billing. Use Manage billing to cancel; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Your account and data

Keep your sign-in email secure and do not share account sessions. Processor consent, retention and account-deletion behavior are described in the privacy notice. Recreating an account with the same verified email does not reset the free trial.

Availability and fair use

Service interruptions, upstream failures and operator spending limits may temporarily pause transcription. We must not accept more paid accounts than the service can support. If a material outage prevents use of purchased service, contact support for a remedy. Do not automate trial abuse, evade limits, interfere with the service, or process unlawful content.

Refunds and changes

See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Material price or service changes will be disclosed before they take effect; this page is not authorization to charge you.
